Our Aim
Asperger East Anglia is committed to increasing the awareness and understanding of the needs of people with Asperger syndrome / high functioning autism (HFA) including their emotional, social and moral development.
Professional training we provide can help people achieve that understanding.
What we can offer

Free, one-off presentations of up to one hour in duration on Introduction to Asperger syndrome, awareness and strategies

Tailor made, chargeable, presentations / workshops / training sessions

The Individual with Asperger syndrome" - a whole day training session

Additionally we periodically arrange workshops and seminars on particular topics including social skills, behaviour management and diagnostic signposting for GPs and other health workers.
Who our training is for
Anyone working with or around people with Asperger syndrome / HFA, e.g. parents, siblings, health professionals, teachers, learning support staff, college & university staff, employers, employees, and people with Asperger syndrome.
Our training services are affiliated to the National Autistic Society's training programme and have been running since 1998. Our trainers are all qualified to National standards.
