- Youth Groups to improve social and communication skills. These Groups concentrate on involving young people in decision-making and participatory activity - with an emphasis on fun and being non-threatening.

How to get a diagnosis:
Children and young people
The typical route for getting a diagnosis is to visit your GP. He or she can refer you to other health professionals who can make a formal diagnosis. Most often this will be a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist or perhaps a paediatrician or educational psychologist.
For adults in Norfolk diagnosis is now much easier. For information and help with diagnosis of Asperger syndrome please contact the Adult Services Team at Asperger East Anglia.
