We are always looking at ways to raise much needed funding for our various projects and to meet the cost of basic essentials including office rent, telephone costs and stationery.

Can you help?

Perhaps you could organise or take part in a fund raising event?
Could your place of work sponsor us for a year?
Does your company have a charity fund which might be prepared to donate funds to Asperger East Anglia?
Have you got a good idea that you could follow up into an event to help Asperger East Anglia?

If you can help in any way please contact Marcella at the Asperger East Anglia office.

Many people help charities by leaving donations through legacies. If you would consider this method as a possible way of helping us, please contact Marcella in complete confidence.

Recycle your Mobile Phone
Recycle your redundant mobile phone, save the environment and raise much needed funds for Asperger East Anglia.
The scheme is very simple, all you need to do is put you old mobile phone in the freepost recycling envelope and send it to ‘Re:cycle Your Mobile' naming Asperger East Anglia as your charity of choice. For every recyclable handset AEA will be donated up to £10.00. Envelopes can be obtained from the AEA office.

Sponsored Parachute Jump
A unique way to enjoy yourself and raise much needed funds for AEA. We are looking for enthusiastic people who would like to participate in a sponsored parachute jump. If you are interested or for more information please contact UK Parachuting, Old Buckenham Airfield, Attleborough, Norfolk NR17 1PU, telephone 01953 861030, or see the charity page on their website: www.ukparachuting.co.uk

Sponsored Climb and Marathon

Lesley Nelson is planning to climb Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK during the May half term and would like to use it as an opportunity to raise money for Asperger East Anglia.

Justin Ashford is running in the Flora London Marathon to raise money for our adult services. Justin is currently practising around the lanes and roads of Norfolk to prepare himself for the big day on Sunday 13th April.

Please make Lesley and Justin's efforts worthwhile by offering them sponsorship. Please contact Shaunagh at the AEA office or email: shaunagh@asperger.org.uk

If you have any ideas at all about innovative ways we can raise funds, and people can have fun doing it please
email us.

A very big thank you to the following for their very generous and much needed donations:
Bullet point Alison Mayhew very kindly sent us a donation.
Bullet point Colin Freeman who kindly donated a jar of coins with totalled £36.37, it will go towards the running of the Adult Group.
